Animation Lecturer
Jim worked as the Art and Creative Director at " Centro Digital Pictures Ltd ". He has been specializing in illustration and graphic design since the 1980s. In the 1990s, he shifted his focus to computer game-related design work and later participated in and directed various creations based on computer animation and filming, including games, MTV, advertisements, corporate promotional videos, and films.
Some of the game projects he participated in include "Fantasy Realm Overlord", "The Legend of the Condor Heroes", and "Cell Splitting". He also participated in several film projects such as "Kung Fu Hustle", "The Promise", " The Secret of the Magic Gourd ", " Kung Fu Cyborg ", and "GeGeGe no Kitaro 1 & 2". He was also involved in various advertising projects, including the "Nissin Cup Noodles" series, "Coca-Cola" series, and the Hong Kong Disneyland "Halloween Series". In addition, he contributed to special projects such as the Ocean Park Dynamic Cinema, Hong Kong Trade Development Council's "Creative Hong Kong", UAE Pavilion at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, 360-degree sky screen "Dragon Soars" at Macau's City of Dreams, and the Hong Kong International Airport Master Plan 2030 design. He also created several MTVs, including "Leon: Organic Night", "Sammi: The Incredible Heroine", " Josie Ho Chiu-yee: War is You", and "Jacky Cheung: Can't Escape".
